Hallo I'm Lee Hyun Jung, a kind and specific meditation guide.

After 10 years of work fell apart, I began to look back on my life. I couldn't figure out what to do when I was so deceitful. As meditation slowly crept into my life, I was able to relax my mind and be kind to me. Over the course of 5 years, I shared the meditation guide I started with people who have trouble living on their own to more than 1,000 people.


Be Simple Meditation is a collection of personal experiences that have been meditating for 10 years, knowledge of teaching meditation for 5 years, and reviews from participants.
